Personal Fitness Trainer
a Goleta local who grew up surfing, skateboarding and hiking. During TJ's teenage years, he started working at the gym after school to stay out of trouble. The rest is history. All together he has worked in the gym for 15 years. The last 10 years have been dedicated to training and coaching clients to reach their health and life goals. Past clients have been a range of mothers, CEOs, athletes, and mature adults. TJ's goal is to learn what drives his clients and what goals they have so I can develop a plan that will include exercise as well as nutrition components to help get them get the best results.
